KemLab™ 500 HARP™ PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) e-Beam photoresist is designed for high resolution direct write e-Beam lithography. When combined with HARP™-C copolymer, the HARP™ multi-layer system is ideal for T-gate manufacture.
